Beef Tenderlion (available by whole tenderloin only)

A hearty French style stew made with beef, red wine, bacon, onions and mushrooms.

Made with a crab and Pollack blend, mixed with mustard, scallion and parsley. Lightly breaded and pan fried. Served with our homemade remoulad sauce.
